Ms. Norton Mc Lean has served in various professional roles, including Architectural Draftsman and Planning Researcher. Within the university, she has held several academic and administrative positions, including Head of Department, Coordinator of the Industrial Engineering Programme, and currently serves as Assistant Dean and Lecturer. Her experience reflects a strong commitment to both academic leadership and the advancement of engineering and technical education.
